In the operation support business, we promote operational efficiency from a technical perspective by using our knowledge of systems cultivated through development consulting. Conversely, in the system development business, we accumulate ideas for system improvements and additional functions by utilizing various information obtained through operation support. As a next development, we will also focus on building a service environment that can support users in improving their profitability by making full use of AI technology.
