■ ベンチャーキャピタル事業 グローバル・ブレインは総額2000億円を超える規模のファンド運用と共同投資事業を行っています。 ファンドの種類としてはCVCファンド（投資を本業としない事業会社が、自社の事業分野とシナジーを生む可能性のあるベンチャー企業に対して投資を行うことや、そのための組織）と純投資ファンドの二種類があります。 投資実績：mercari、ラクスル、BASE、LUXA、などこれまでIPO17社、M&A48社を支援しています。
仕事内容
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You will be afforded plenty of responsibility and exposure to all legal aspects of the international legal transactions and the day-to-day legal operations. You will work closely with multiple teams across the globe on a daily basis, independently managing various legal projects whilst collaborating with and learning from senior legal professionals. GB is seeking a legal professional who (i) is capable to communicate proficiently in English on legal matters (English will be the regular working language), and (ii) is interested in tech and/or startup industry. Reporting to one of the Director who is responsible for the international deals, the successful candidate will not only assist due diligence end-to-end, but will also review, not draft, investment agreements, NDAs and other investment deal related documents. RESPONSIBILITIES ・Assist the senior legal professionals in the due diligence process for prospective investments. ・Advise and review the NDAs, term sheets, investment agreements, shareholders agreements, and other investment deal related documents. ・Partner with highly skilled in-house venture capitalists in the International Offices and advise on each investment deal. ・Liaise with the International Offices, supporting them and senior legal professionals on legal operations.
